  • Capital orders appraisal to include new adjusted sale price.
  • Builder notifies Capital of preferred draw schedule.
  • Loan is approved and settlement occurs, with lot price, realty sales costs and engineering/permits etc. proceeds to buyer.
  • Home starts construction, inspections ordered by builder as each phase is completed
  • Inspector sent for each completed phase and draw proceeds sent or wired directly to BUILDER.
