Certified Master Builder

Ameri-Star Homes is proud to announce that we have recently qualified as one of only 20 Home Builders in the State of Maryland to qualify as a Certified Master Builder by the Home Builder's Association of Maryland.

In the State of Maryland, basically anyone can become a home builder, as long as they register with the State, and pay $600.  There are no other qualifications to meet.  Currently there are over 2300 Home Builders registered in the State of Maryland.

The Home Builder's Association of Maryland, has begun a program in which they will certify a qualified home builder as a "CERTIFIED MASTER BUILDER".  In order to qualify, the builder must meet very strict qualifications in reference to financial stability, experience, references from previous home owners, references from governmental agencies, inspections of homes under construction... and many other qualifications.

Ameri-Star Homes also qualified as one of 10 Charter Members of the Certified Master Builder Program.
