Ameri-Star Homes is happy to accommodate landowners by building one of our home plans on an existing lot. In order to serve you properly, we need to know the following:

• A letter of pre-qualification from a lender for a construction perm loan.
• A plat and/or current survey of your lot with directions to the property.
• Which of our home plans you would like us to build.

Please note that the Ameri-Star Homes price quote is valid for 30 days. This price will not include permit fees, loan fees, or hook up fees for sewer, water, septic, or well. You may email this information to Daniel Dinko III.
