Ameri-Star Homes is happy to accommodate land owners by building one of our home plans on an existing lot that they already own. In order to serve you properly, we need to know the following when contacting us:

A letter of pre-qualification from a lender for a construction perm loan.
A plot and or current survey of your lot with directions to the property.
Which one of our home plans would you like us to build?

Please note that Ameri-Star Homes will quote you a price that is valid for 30 days. This price will not include Permit fees, loan fees, or sewer/water/septic/well hook up fees. You may email this information to Wendy T. Oliver.
