The end result is a complete home and lot package in full detail with a price that meets your budget. We even help you select the best suited financing program for your situation through our select network of approved lenders that specialize in this type financing to help get you the best rate and terms available. .

How To Arrive At The Total Package Price

Here is a snapshot of the process to arrive at a total price to build your new Ameri-Star Home. It is simply adding the three main components to arrive at the complete price.

  • Lot Acquisition Price

    Your lot acquisition cost is the unimproved lot cost before the improvement costs shown in the next step. It’s the first of three components in arriving at your total price.

  • Lot Improvement Costs

    There is an extensive process to determine what is involved in improving a homesite to make it a buildable lot. Some of those items include clearing, grading, installation of utilities like water, sewer, gas and electric, stormwater management… and more. What is even more critical is the evaluation of the homesite to best meet your goals and creating the best possible location of your selected home plan. Our land team has vast knowledge and experience to perform this evaluation. The result is the lot improvement cost estimate which is the second of three components in arriving at your total price.

  • Home Price including Options and Upgrades

    You’ve selected the best Ameri-Star home plan to meet your goals and needs. We go through the fit and finish of the plan and what you are trying to accomplish. We compile the list and establish a price for the construction of the Ameri-Star plan fully outfitted just the way you want it. This leads to the final component of your total price, the home price.

Simply add these together and you have your total package price. Along the way we are taking into consideration your budget and helping you evaluate your financing needs through our select network of approved lenders specializing in new home construction.
