How To Arrive At The Total Package Price
Your complete Ameri-Star home package is built from three components:
1. Lot Acquisition Price
The cost of your unimproved lot.
2. Lot Improvement Costs
Clearing, grading, utility connections (water, sewer, gas, electric), stormwater management, and more—plus expert evaluation to ensure your home is perfectly placed.
3. Home Price (Including Options & Upgrades)
The Ameri-Star home plan of your choice, designed and finished exactly the way you want it.
Total Package Price = Lot Price + Improvement Costs + Home Price

Getting Started
To provide you with a complete price quote, we’ll need:
- A lender pre-qualification letter for a construction-perm loan
- A plat and/or current survey of your lot (with directions to the property)
- Your choice of Ameri-Star home plan
